Return Process

Contact our customer service team at customerservice@saunterjewels.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. You will receive a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14- 30 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

We’re very sorry to hear that your package did not arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@saunterjewels.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, custom or personalized items, or gift cards are non-returnable.
