DELIVERY & SHIPPING
1. International Shipping
- International flat rate of $20 applies for all orders.
- Free standard shipping is offered on orders over above $299.
- International shipping may take 1-2 weeks for delivery. Please notice that delivery times vary based on destination.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Once your order is confirmed, please noticed that it cannot be cancelled.
- With all Saunter Jewels are handcrafted, it may take 3-5 days to handcraft your order, please wait patiently.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and holidays.
3. Customs and Duty
- The shopping rates are not inclusive of customs and duty fees.
- Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific countries due to local laws and regulations.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Return Process
Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.You will receive a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization form.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14- 30 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale, custom or personalized items, or gift cards are non-returnable.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
