Sterling Silver
We use the unique matte white and frosted effect, the surface of the matte white is the state of plain silver by high temperature firing, rather than adding any plating or coating. DO NOT use a silver polishing cloth for matte and frosted parts, otherwise those parts will quickly change to bright silver color. For bright 925 sterling silver item, use a silver polishing cloth to remove tarnish and restore shine.
For deeper cleaning, use silver shampoo solution, rinse well, and dry completely. Please control the single immersion time within one minute.
Sterling silver products will slowly oxidize over time, which is unavoidable. Store in a cool, dry, closed space, ideally in an anti-tarnish bag or a lined jewelry box, can slow down the oxidation of silver jewelry. Avoid exposure to air and moisture.
Minimize contact with sulfur-containing materials like rubber bands and certain foods (e.g., eggs, onions) to prevent tarnishing.
GOLD VERMEIL
Gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive materials that can wear down the gold layer.
Store in a dry place, ideally in a soft pouch or lined box. Keep pieces separated to avoid scratching.
Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising to prolong the life of the gold coating. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and hair products.
Others
Crystal or Jade or Pearl
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using soap or chemicals, which can harm the stone’s natural luster.
Store jade pieces separately in a padded jewelry box to prevent scratches.
Protect from hard impacts and extreme temperature changes, which can cause cracks.
